Vivienne Westwood Srl is now recruiting a Commerce Cloud Administrator, for Japan Market, to join the IT department based in Milan offices.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the maintenance of the overall Japanese System Architecture
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting of new interfaces between Vivienne Westwood legacy Systems and Japanese System landscape
  • Responsible for the maintenance and evolution of technical requirements for Japanese System Architecture and Interfaces
Criteria:
  • Salesforce Expertise: proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL; strong admin skills (permissions, security, reports, dashboards)
  • SFCC Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Business Manager, site configuration, catalogs, promotions, system jobs, and OCAPI integrations
  • Technical Skills: JavaScript, HTML/XML, backend development, hosting management, bug fixing, and code deployment processes
  • E-Commerce Operations: Familiarity with ERP, payment, and shipping integrations; basic understanding of E-Comm platforms and workflows
  • Project & Process Management: Skilled in daily/weekly/monthly project tracking, stakeholder alignment, Gantt updates, and issue escalation
  • Collaboration: Coordinates effectively with front-end developers, marketing, and E-Comm teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Soft Skills: strong problem-solving, adaptability to new Salesforce innovations and clear communication across technical and business teams
  • Language knowledge: fluent both in English and Italian languages (mandatory)
