Vivienne Westwood Srl is recruiting a full-time Sales Assistant to join our OUTLET STORE team in Fidenza Village Outlet (located in Fidenza - PR).
The resource will contribute to maximize the performance of our outlet store, supporting the selling team in the achievement of annual and monthly sales targets while assuring a great customer experience at the same time.

Tasks and Responsibilities: 
The main tasks will be:

• greeting, serving and advising customers guaranteeing the best service possible at all times;
• giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers;
• VW brand storytelling;
• proactively participating to stockroom, inventory and visual merchandising activities when needed and according to Company guidelines;
• respecting all brand and boutique policies and procedures.

Criteria:

• previous work experience in fashion retail store
• very good standing, elegance, sense of style
• exceptional selling skills
• good interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• strong attention to details and customer needs
• ability to plan and organize his/her own daily tasks and goal orientation
• strong interest in fashion industry as well as passion for Art, Design and Fashion Culture
• good knowledge of English language (mandatory)
